Within 30 days after you have received your order, if you find that you are unsatisfied with your purchases, please contact us at and tell us what issues you might be having with your order.

Bags or handmade Items must be returned in the same condition and packaging as it was received and return shipping charges are non-refundable and are full responsibility of the customer.

For personalised gift box orders, they are more labour and cost intensive and cannot be resold. Therefore custom orders are non-refundable. If you do choose a gift service we will be working together each step of the way to ensure you are happy before proceeding.

Depending on the issues, refunds will be made for the price of the item using the original payment method, excluding shipping fees. Please allow up to 10 business days for payment to be refunded to you.
